By using AGD Index (including the website and Telegram bot), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

AGD Index provides infrastructure to direct search bots (Google, Bing) to user-submitted URLs to accelerate their discovery and crawling (indexing) process.

2. No Guarantee of Indexing

The service exclusively guarantees the visit of a search bot to the specified URL. We do not guarantee that your page will appear in search results. The decision to add a page to the index is made solely by the search engine's algorithm. Funds spent on bot visits to pages that a search engine decides not to index (due to low quality, noindex tags, etc.) are non-refundable.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Not use the service to promote illegal materials.
• Upload only valid URL lists.
• Pay for services in cryptocurrency (USDT) according to the selected plan strictly using the provided payment details.

4. Refund Policy

Since the service involves the provision of computing power and bot traffic that is consumed at the moment a task is executed, refunds for completed tasks are not provided. Erroneous payments are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon their publication on this page.
